Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cantclone, a product of Landing Page Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing the script, or paying for access, you agree to them.

The service

Cantclone provides a best-efforts service to detect and block known design-cloning tools. While we continuously update our detection methods, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against all current and future cloning techniques. We recommend installing on a staging environment and testing thoroughly before deploying to production.

Performance and removal

We test and make every effort to ensure Cantclone does not conflict with your site’s speed, page performance, analytics, or ad tracking. We cannot guarantee 100%, but we have rigorously tested it. If you ever notice (or are told of) an issue, simply remove the Cantclone script from your site and it will return to normal, then let us know at protect@cantclone.com and we’ll investigate promptly.

Payment and refunds

Cantclone is a subscription, billed monthly or annually at the plan price shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and access continues until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email us at protect@cantclone.com for a full refund. A refund deactivates the associated license key.

Acceptable use

• Install the script only on domains you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not attempt to resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to interfere with sites you do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cantclone is not liable for any design theft that occurs despite the service being installed and active. False positives on legitimate visitors are possible in edge cases; we maintain strict thresholds to minimise this risk and take any reports seriously.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landing Page Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
